PinPinMe Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how PinPinMe collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use pinpinme.com, the PinPinMe web application, and related services.
1. Scope
PinPinMe is a Pinterest-first scheduling workspace for preparing, organizing, generating, scheduling, and publishing Pins. This policy applies to information we collect through our website, application, account flows, support communications, and connected integrations.
This policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not control. For example, content you publish to Pinterest is also governed by Pinterest's own terms and privacy practices.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the services, and from third-party services that you choose to connect.
Account and profile information
We may collect your name, email address, authentication provider, account identifiers, password-related authentication data, workspace settings, time zone, plan tier, subscription status, and similar account information.
Pin workspace content
We collect the content needed to provide the PinPinMe workspace, including uploaded images and videos, file metadata, source URLs, website metadata, page titles and descriptions, keywords, draft Pin titles, descriptions, alt text, labels, tags, boards, schedules, publishing status, error messages, and related workflow data.
Connected Pinterest information
If you connect Pinterest, we receive the authorization data and Pinterest account data needed to provide connected features. This may include OAuth tokens, granted scopes, board IDs, board names, board privacy status, Pin IDs, publishing status, and related metadata available under the permissions you approve.
AI generation and usage information
When you use AI copy features, we may process the prompt context you provide, source URL metadata, candidate SEO terms, generated titles, descriptions, alt text, selected tags, provider and model names, usage counts, and logs needed for quota enforcement, debugging, quality control, and abuse prevention.
Billing and transaction information
If you purchase a paid plan, we may collect plan selection, subscription status, billing contact details, tax-related details, and transaction records. Payment card details are handled by payment processors, and PinPinMe does not need to store full card numbers.
Technical, device, and log information
We may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, timestamps, referring pages, usage events, session data, approximate location derived from IP address, cookies, security logs, scheduler job metadata, and diagnostics.
Communications
If you contact us, we collect the content of your messages and related contact information so we can respond and keep appropriate records.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- create, authenticate, and manage accounts;
- operate the PinPinMe dashboard, media library, schedules, and publishing workflows;
- connect to Pinterest, list boards, schedule Pins, publish Pins, and sync publishing state;
- generate Pin copy, alt text, descriptions, and Pinterest SEO terms when you request AI features;
- store user content, uploads, workspace settings, and usage history;
- process subscriptions, plan limits, billing records, and account notices;
- respond to support, privacy, security, and legal requests;
- monitor reliability, debug errors, prevent abuse, and protect the services;

- comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our agreement with you, based on your consent, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as securing, maintaining, and improving the services.
4. Pinterest, Google, and AI Integrations
Pinterest connection features work only after you authorize PinPinMe. We use Pinterest data to provide user-facing features such as board selection, scheduling, publishing, and status syncing. We store Pinterest OAuth tokens encrypted on the server side and do not expose them to the browser. You can revoke access through Pinterest or by disconnecting Pinterest in PinPinMe when that control is available. Published Pins and public Pinterest activity remain subject to Pinterest's Privacy Policy.
Google Sign-In
If you sign in with Google, we use the Google account information you authorize, such as your email address and basic profile information, for account creation, login, security, and communication about the services. We do not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or transfer it except as needed to provide user-facing features, comply with law, protect security, or complete a business transfer with required protections. You can revoke access in your Google account settings. PinPinMe's use of Google user data is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
AI copy generation
When you request AI-generated copy, we may send the prompt context and related Pin workspace data to AI service providers so they can return the requested title, description, alt text, and SEO terms. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential third-party information unless you have the right to use it for this purpose. Generated output may reflect information included in your input.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, understand feature usage, and improve reliability. You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies, but some parts of the services may not work correctly without them.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors that help us provide hosting, authentication, database, storage, queueing, analytics, support, payment, security, and AI services may process information for PinPinMe. Current or expected providers may include Supabase, Upstash QStash, Pinterest, Google, AI model providers such as xAI, and payment processors such as Stripe.
- Connected services at your direction. When you connect Pinterest or another integration, we share information needed to perform the action you request, such as publishing a Pin.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud or abuse, protect rights and safety, and enforce agreements.
- Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
- With consent. We may share information when you direct us to do so or give us permission.
- Aggregated or de-identified data. We may use and share information that does not identify you.
7. Retention and Privacy Rights
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Pinterest tokens are kept while your Pinterest account remains connected, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or backup purposes. Workspace content is generally kept until you delete it or your account is deleted, subject to backups, legal holds, and records we must retain.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sale or sharing practices. We do not sell personal information or knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To make a privacy request, contact privacy@pinpinme.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Security and International Transfers
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards include server-side token encryption for connected Pinterest credentials, access controls, private media storage, and security monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password and keep account credentials confidential.
PinPinMe is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Children
PinPinMe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to PinPinMe, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice as required by law, which may include posting a notice in the app or sending an email to the address associated with your account.
