Plan a month of pins in one sitting

Stop building pins one at a time. Upload a batch, import a CSV, or pull in drafts — then lay out a whole month on one visual calendar and drag each pin to the day you want.

Two ways to fill the workspace fast

Drop a batch of media or import a spreadsheet you already keep. Either way, a stack of review-ready drafts appears together — not one lonely pin.

One canvas

See the whole month on one canvas

A flat list hides the shape of your plan. The month view shows every day at once, so you place, drag and fill without losing the big picture.

  • The whole month at a glance. Every week on one canvas — so you see your plan taking shape instead of scrolling a flat list of drafts.
  • Drag pins between days. Grab any pin and drop it on another day. Rebalance a heavy week or slide a pin to the weekend in one motion.
  • Spot the gaps before they happen. Empty days stand out, so you fill the quiet stretches instead of finding them live two weeks from now.
  • Generate copy across a selection. Select a run of drafts and write titles, descriptions, alt text and keywords for all of them at once.

The difference

One at a time vs in bulk

Same thirty pins. One way is an afternoon of repeating yourself; the other is a batch and a calendar.

One pin at a time

Write a title…Save & next
Repeat 30×

Open the editor, fill one pin, save, repeat — thirty times over. Lose your place and the month is still half empty.

Good to know

Questions people ask

How many pins can I add at once?

As many as you want to plan. Drop a batch of images and videos, or import a CSV with dozens of rows, and each becomes its own draft in the workspace. You review, edit and schedule them together instead of building pins one at a time.

What CSV format do I need?

A simple spreadsheet with a row per pin — an image reference, a title, a description and a destination link. PinPinMe maps the columns and turns each row into an editable draft, so you can prep a month of pins in your spreadsheet and import the lot.

Can I drag pins between days?

Yes. The calendar is a real drag-and-drop canvas: grab any pin and drop it on another day to reschedule it. Move a pin off a crowded week, slide it to the weekend, or clear a day — the plan updates as you go.

Can I generate AI copy for many pins at once?

Yes. Select a group of drafts that have enough context — an image, board and link — and generate titles, descriptions, alt text or keywords across the whole selection, so filling in a month of pins is a couple of clicks, not an afternoon.

Does it schedule automatically, or do I place the pins?

You stay in control. Bulk scheduling gets the drafts in and lays them out for you to place — you drop each pin on the day you want. Nothing is auto-posted; pins only go to Pinterest at the slots you schedule and after you've reviewed them.
