Last updated: July 17, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of pinpinme.com, the PinPinMe web application, and related services.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PinPinMe ("PinPinMe," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the services, creating an account, connecting an integration, uploading content, scheduling Pins, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the services. If you use the services on behalf of a company, organization, client, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity.
You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a legally binding contract, and permitted to use the services under applicable law. You may not use the services if we previously suspended or terminated your account for violating these Terms unless we give written permission.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice as required by law, which may include email, in-product notice, or posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the services after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@pinpinme.com if you suspect unauthorized access or a security issue.
You may allow employees, contractors, clients, or collaborators to use the services through your account only if you are responsible for their activity and they comply with these Terms. You may not sell, rent, lease, transfer, or sublicense access to your account or the services.
We may suspend or disable accounts, credentials, integrations, content, or access when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the services, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.
4. The Services
PinPinMe provides tools for creating, organizing, optimizing, scheduling, and publishing Pinterest-focused content. Features may include media uploads, Pin drafts, boards, labels, scheduling, analytics, website metadata reading, AI generation features, SmartSchedule, billing, account management, and integrations with third-party services.
We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or modify features at any time. Some features may be offered as beta, demo, trial, or experimental features and may be incomplete, changed, rate-limited, or discontinued. We do not guarantee that any feature will remain available forever or that the services will produce any particular business outcome.
5. Third-Party Services and Integrations
PinPinMe may depend on third-party services such as Pinterest, Google, Vercel, Supabase, Upstash QStash, OpenAI, Resend, payment processors such as Stripe, commerce platforms such as Shopify, and other infrastructure or support providers. Your use of third-party services is also governed by their terms and policies.
If you connect Pinterest, Google, or another third-party account, you authorize us to access, process, and transmit information as needed to provide the connected features you request. You are responsible for maintaining the connected account, permissions, business account status, and compliance with all applicable third-party terms, including:
PinPinMe is not Pinterest, Google, OpenAI, Stripe, Shopify, or any other third-party platform, and we are not responsible for their services, policies, downtime, review decisions, enforcement actions, API changes, or content distribution decisions.
6. Your Content
"User Content" means content, data, and materials you submit to or process through PinPinMe, including images, videos, source URLs, website metadata, Pin titles, descriptions, alt text, labels, tags, schedules, board selections, comments, prompts, and other workspace materials.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant PinPinMe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, format, transmit, publish, and create technical or operational modifications of User Content solely as needed to:
provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the services;
generate, analyze, schedule, and publish Pins at your direction;
process content through service providers and integrations you use;
create backups, logs, diagnostics, and security records;
comply with law and enforce these Terms.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and licenses needed to submit User Content to PinPinMe and to publish, schedule, process, or use it through the services. You are responsible for User Content and for ensuring that it complies with applicable law, third-party terms, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, and these Terms.
Deleting User Content from PinPinMe may not remove content already published to Pinterest or another third-party service. Deleted content may also remain for a limited time in backups, logs, caches, or records kept for legal, security, billing, or operational purposes.
7. Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, or feature requests, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not send confidential or proprietary feedback unless we have a separate written agreement covering it.
8. AI and Automation
PinPinMe may provide AI-generated titles, descriptions, alt text, SEO terms, recommendations, analytics summaries, schedules, or other output ("AI Output"). AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, offensive, infringing, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI Output before publishing or relying on it.
You should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, regulated data, or third-party content that you are not authorized to process through AI features. We do not guarantee that AI Output will improve traffic, ranking, impressions, clicks, revenue, follower growth, or any other marketing result.
Scheduling and publishing tools help automate workflows, but you remain responsible for the content, timing, destination board, account permissions, compliance, and consequences of published Pins.
A suggestion, score, insight, trend, or draft does not by itself edit or publish content on Pinterest. Creating a draft is not authorization to publish it. Except for a publishing action you specifically approve or schedule, you must select and confirm each proposed Pinterest-side action before PinPinMe performs it.
9. Analytics, Trends, Insights, and Generated Data
"Source Data" means User Content and information received from a connected third-party service, including Pinterest account, Pin, board, publishing, performance, analytics, and trend information. User Content remains yours, and third-party Source Data remains subject to the rights and rules of the applicable third party.
"PinPinMe Generated Analysis"means analytical output created by applying PinPinMe's aggregation, normalization, classification, scoring, ranking, prompting, recommendation, or other analytical methods to permitted Source Data. It may include topic-level trends, keyword clusters, opportunity scores, recommendations, summaries, projections, and suggested content or SEO actions. It does not include User Content itself or raw third-party data merely because that data was transmitted, processed, displayed, or stored by PinPinMe.
The Trends feature is PinPinMe's topic-level analysis generated from permitted inputs that may include your website or catalog, workspace context, published-content history and performance, and available trend signals. Trends are intended for planning and analysis; they are not a copy, catalog, or replacement of Pinterest, and they do not grant any right to an underlying Pin, account, image, metric, or other third-party material.
As between you and PinPinMe, you retain ownership of User Content. PinPinMe and its licensors retain ownership of the services and their software, interfaces, scoring systems, taxonomies, templates, workflows, aggregation and analysis logic, and methodologies. To the extent protectable rights arise solely in PinPinMe Generated Analysis, PinPinMe owns those rights, excluding all rights in the underlying User Content and third-party Source Data. This clause does not give PinPinMe ownership of raw Pinterest data and does not override Pinterest's or another provider's terms.
While your account is active and subject to these Terms, PinPinMe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PinPinMe Generated Analysis available in your workspace for your own internal business, marketing, and content-planning purposes, including applying recommendations to content that you publish. You may not sell or license Generated Analysis as a standalone dataset, use it to replicate PinPinMe or a third-party platform, or use it to circumvent any platform restriction.
Disconnecting Pinterest removes the connected Pinterest information identified in the Privacy Policy but normally retains your drafts, draft insights, and Trends. Deleting your PinPinMe account deletes personalized Generated Analysis stored solely in your workspace, subject to the limited retention exceptions in the Privacy Policy. PinPinMe may retain and use shared, global, aggregated, or de-identified analysis that does not identify you, where permitted by law and applicable third-party terms.
PinPinMe Generated Analysis is informational and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular decision. You are responsible for reviewing it and deciding whether to act on it. We do not guarantee traffic, ranking, impressions, engagement, revenue, or any other result.
10. Acceptable and Prohibited Use
You may use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or third-party terms;
submit, schedule, publish, or promote content you do not have the right to use;
infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
send spam, unsolicited promotions, malware, or deceptive communications;
impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement;
scrape, crawl, mine, copy, or harvest the services except as expressly permitted by us in writing;
reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the services except where law prohibits this restriction;
probe, scan, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, rate limits, access controls, or usage limits;
use the services to build, train, benchmark, or support a competing product or service;
overload, disrupt, attack, or degrade the services or related systems;
use automated accounts, scripts, bots, or bulk activity in a way that violates platform rules or harms service integrity;
encourage or help anyone do any of the above.
11. Content Standards and Enforcement
We may review, remove, restrict, refuse to publish, suspend, or disable content, accounts, jobs, integrations, or access if we believe they may violate these Terms, third-party terms, applicable law, platform rules, or service integrity requirements. We may also cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, rights holders, platforms, and service providers where appropriate or required.
We are not obligated to monitor all User Content, and we are not responsible for User Content submitted by users or for content, services, decisions, or actions of third parties.
12. Intellectual Property
The services, software, interfaces, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, workflows, and other materials provided by PinPinMe are owned by PinPinMe or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the services under these Terms, we do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the services or PinPinMe intellectual property.
PinPinMe names, logos, product names, and related marks may not be used without our prior written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
13. Copyright and Rights Complaints
If you believe content processed through PinPinMe infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, contact support@pinpinme.com with enough detail for us to review the issue, including the content at issue, the rights you claim, your contact information, and any relevant URLs or account identifiers.
We may remove or restrict content and may suspend repeat infringers or users who abuse reporting processes.
14. Plans, Billing, Renewal, and Taxes
PinPinMe may offer free, paid, trial, beta, or promotional plans. Features, quotas, credits, prices, discounts, and availability may vary by plan and may change over time. Unless we state otherwise, all fees are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes.
If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for fees, renewals, taxes, and other amounts due. Paid plans may renew automatically on a monthly, annual, or other stated cycle unless you cancel before renewal. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and paying all amounts due.
Unless required by law or expressly stated by us in writing, fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods, unused credits, plan downgrades, account cancellation, outages, feature changes, or failure to cancel before renewal. If payment fails or amounts are overdue, we may suspend, limit, downgrade, or terminate your access.
A plan or promotion described as "lifetime" provides a personal, non-transferable right to access the applicable PinPinMe product or service tier for its commercial lifetime, while that product or tier is operated by PinPinMe, your account remains open and in good standing, and you comply with these Terms. It does not mean your natural lifetime, guarantee that every current or future feature is included, provide unlimited usage, or prevent reasonable feature, quota, or service changes.
Promotional codes, lifetime offers, bonuses, credits, trial time, discounts, early-adopter benefits, and grandfathered entitlements have no cash value and are not transferable unless the specific written offer says otherwise. Voluntary account deletion immediately and permanently forfeits all such entitlements. A redeemed code remains consumed, will not be reissued, and cannot be used to restore access on a new or recreated account, unless applicable law requires otherwise or PinPinMe expressly agrees in writing.
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, and similar government assessments associated with your purchase, except taxes based on our income.
15. Cancellation, Account Deletion, and Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. If cancellation controls are available in account or billing settings, you should use those controls to cancel or downgrade paid services. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
Canceling a recurring subscription does not delete your PinPinMe account or workspace. Disconnecting Pinterest does not cancel your PinPinMe subscription and does not delete your PinPinMe account. These are separate actions with different consequences.
If you choose Delete account in the Red Zone, deletion is intended to be immediate and irreversible. It cancels an active Stripe or Shopify subscription, immediately ends access to the services and any unused portion of a paid period, and permanently ends every lifetime plan, promotional benefit, bonus, credit, discount, or grandfathered entitlement associated with the account. Account deletion does not waive charges already incurred and does not create a refund or credit except where required by law or expressly agreed by PinPinMe in writing.
Deleted accounts, workspaces, entitlements, redemption codes, and personalized Generated Analysis cannot be restored. Any later signup is a separate account and does not revive prior access or offers. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or in billing, redemption, fraud-prevention, security, legal-hold, or compliance records as described in the Privacy Policy, but those copies are not an account restoration service.
Account deletion does not remove Pins or other content already published to Pinterest or another third-party service. You must manage or delete that content directly through the applicable service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk for the services or users, fail to pay amounts due, violate third-party platform rules, or if we discontinue the services. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations, content licenses needed for prior operation, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and ownership provisions.
16. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the PinPinMe Privacy Policy. By using the services, you acknowledge that we process information as described there.
17. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services, AI Output, PinPinMe Generated Analysis, schedules, analytics, integrations, and related content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, or uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every third-party platform, or that defects will be corrected. We do not control Pinterest or other third-party services and do not guarantee publishing availability, API availability, content reach, search ranking, engagement, revenue, or other performance results.
18. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinPinMe and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, contractors, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or platform enforcement actions, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to PinPinMe for the services during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PinPinMe and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, contractors, and personnel from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your User Content, your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of third-party terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
19. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
These Terms and any dispute relating to the services will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration agreement below.
Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@pinpinme.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may start arbitration or, if eligible, a small claims court action.
Except for claims that may be brought in small claims court and claims seeking injunctive or equitable relief for actual or threatened infringement, misuse, or unauthorized access, you and PinPinMe agree that disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules. Arbitration will take place on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action.
You and PinPinMe each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
20. General Terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and PinPinMe regarding the services and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings about the services. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
